We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel your Engine reservation, you can do so quickly and easily from your Engine account at Members.Engine.com.
IMPORTANT: Since you booked with Engine, all cancellations must be submitted through Engine. Do not contact the property directly to cancel a booking.
How to cancel your reservation on Engine:
From your account dashboard, click the Trips tab and select the booking you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Reservation on the property's popup window.
If you do not see the option to cancel, contact Member Support at 855-567-4683 for further assistance. Note that refunds are not guaranteed for nonrefundable bookings.
