This feature is only available on the Desktop version of Engine.

Responses are generated using publicly available information and reviews.

Properties with insufficient reviews or incomplete information may not have this feature enabled.

AI can make mistakes so please confirm details with the hotel.
To try this out,

Navigate to your Engine account.

Search for a property.

Click on the Ask about this hotel box on the right right side of the property page.

Ask questions at the top or click on the suggested questions at the bottom.
