Get a birds-eye view of all your important data
You’ll notice that the top of your Trends page includes a visual summary of your company’s spending, savings, Engine benefits, average nightly rate, and total bookings for quick reference.
If you need more details, you can download or schedule reports by choosing the “Generate Reports” button directly from your Trends page.
Dive into your Savings
The Savings widget tells you how much you’ve saved on bookings by using Engine. In addition, the Engine Benefits widget gives you insights into the dollar value of savings from Engine Rewards, Flex coverage, and other credit from Engine to your business.
Keep Tabs on your Average Nightly Rates
Your Trends page also includes a widget that provides details on increases or decreases in your trip’s average nightly rate over time, allowing you to spot trends and better plan your budget.
Get detailed information on your most frequently visited destinations
View the top locations your teams visit and filter by date range or department. Your Trends dashboard will show you the number of trips to each destination, the average nightly rate for each destination, and how much your team normally saves in each city, helping you better set and manage Travel Policies. You can also see detailed information on the top bookers in your account.
