Frequently asked questions about adding corporate loyalty codes for airlines in Engine.

What is a Corporate loyalty code?

Corporate loyalty codes allow a business to earn loyalty points with an airline through a business-specific program (e.g. Delta’s SkyMiles for Business). These points can be used directly with the airline. Companies typically enroll in these programs through the airline’s website or a sales rep.

Which airlines have supported codes with Engine?

Corporate loyalty codes are currently supported for:

  • Air France

  • American Airlines

  • Delta Airlines

  • KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

  • Southwest Airlines

  • United Airlines

How do I set up corporate loyalty codes in Engine?

From the company settings page, you’ll see corporate codes in the left navigation. There, you should see a message asking if you have a corporate loyalty code.

What will Travelers' flight booking experience look like once I add my code?

If you add a corporate loyalty code, this will not be visible to Travelers booking flights.

I added my corporate loyalty code. Why isn’t it applying to my flight booking?

There could be several possible reasons why your rates aren’t showing up in Engine:

  • The corporate code was entered incorrectly — double-check for typos.

  • The code has not been configured yet.

I have a negotiated rate code. Can I add that in Engine?

Soon, we will add the ability to add your negotiated rate codes in Engine. You’ll see that option in the same place as where you add your corporate loyalty code today (Company Settings > Corporate Codes).
