Do you need help booking a hotel for a large group? What about an extended stay of 28 days or more? Our Groups team can source the perfect hotel and negotiate the best rates for your trip.
Here’s how it works:
1. Create a Trip Request
Head to engine.com/groups to submit a request for your trip. This form will ask for your trip dates, destination, preferred amenities, and more.
2. Review Your Hotel Proposals
Once you enter your trip details, Engine sends your request to hotels that meet your needs. You’ll be emailed when a new hotel proposal is available to review.
You may receive multiple hotel proposals over a few days. Please check your email and the Engine dashboard regularly.
Make sure to review the nightly rates, total cost, amenities, location and any notes from your trip manager so you can pick the hotel that is right for your group.
3. Accept a Hotel Proposal
Once you’ve reviewed your options in the dashboard, accept the hotel proposal that best suits your upcoming trip. You are not committed to anything until you sign an agreement. Your trip manager will be notified, and they will move on to the next step.
4. Sign an Agreement
Your trip may require a signed agreement between you and the hotel or you and Engine. If this agreement is necessary, your trip manager will email you to share the document. Please sign the agreement as soon as you can to finalize your trip.
5. Make a Payment
You can pay for your trip using Engine Direct Bill, one credit card payment to Engine or the hotel, or have guests pay individually at the hotel. You will work with your trip manager to finalize payment details.
6. Have a great trip!
You’re all set! Now you can just show up at the hotel for your trip.
